Linnette Diaz joins CMC: Foundation for Change as a nonprofit operations professional, bringing 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, operations, communications, and program support. She is passionate about creating systems, improving processes, and helping organizations grow.  Linnette demonstrates a pragmatic and collaborative approach.

Prior to joining CMC: Foundation for Change, Linnette worked in nonprofit leadership, operations, and consulting.  She supports organizations through periods of growth and change. She has developed systems and workflows that strengthen collaboration, streamline processes, and help teams manage competing priorities. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus in Psychology and has completed additional course work with a focus on substance abuse.

At CMC: Foundation for Change, Linnette brings her organizational and operational expertise to support the organization’s continued growth and mission. Her connection to this work is deeply personal, shaped by her family’s experiences with addiction and the lasting impact it can have on individuals, families, and communities.
