Frank began his career in the Private Equity Investment and High Yield Finance groups at The First Boston Corporation. He is now the Co- CEO of Kelso & Company, a leading North American private investment firm that he joined in 1993. He received a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from the University of Virginia and is currently and Emeritus Trustee and member of the Emeritus Society of the College Foundation of Virginia. Frank also serves as a Trustee of Prep for Prep, a New York- based non-profit organization, and is a Director of Audubon Connecticut, the state organization of the National Audubon Society. He lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife Kristina and their three daughters.
