Fiona Conway, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin. Conway received her Ph.D. in social work from Rutgers School of Social Work and completed her postdoctoral training at the Center of Alcohol Studies at Rutgers University. Her research program focuses on intervention and implementation science in the fields of addiction and mental health. She is currently involved in research that investigates health behaviors among young adults with a focus on substance use, trauma, athlete health, and aggression. Her research seeks to facilitate the transfer of new and innovative scientific strategies to prevention specialists and treatment providers.
