Certification
What is ITC Certification?
CMC:Foundation for Change offers a certification process to those attending our trainings. Certification indicates deeper expertise in the Invitation to Change (ITC) than what is gained through the ITC Intensive experience alone.
ITC Certification can be useful with employers, clients, colleagues, or others, to show that you have spent enough time with the ITC Approach through training and supervision to effectively incorporate the model into your work.
Certification conferred through ITC Group Leader trainings also indicates approval from CMC:Foundation for Change for you to begin running ITC community groups, which we will guide you through during the ITC group leader training.
Earning certification is also a great opportunity to increase your interaction with our organization so that we can continue to collaborate!
The ITC Intensive
The first step on the road to ITC Certification is to complete an ITC Intensive workshop. This workshop offers a complete, in-depth exploration of the Invitation to Change approach, and is a prerequisite for any ITC Certification Training.
CMC:Foundation for Change offers ITC Intensives 3-4 times per year. Click here to see and register for upcoming ITC Intensive dates.
If you want to arrange a training specially for your organization, contact [email protected].
